A proud U.S. military veteran and certified counselor, Carlos Armstrong brings disciplined leadership, strategic insight, and heart to Oasis South Florida Cigar Lounge. With a foundation built on service and structure, Carlos ensures that every Oasis experience reflects professionalism, consistency, and excellence.

Holding two degrees in Human Resources, Carlos leads organizational strategy, team development, and operational execution. His expertise allows Oasis to function seamlessly as a luxury lifestyle brand—one that values both its people and its guests.

A dynamic entrepreneur, event professional, and retired military officer, Tammy Armstrong is the creative force behind the Oasis experience. She brings vision, strategy, and cultural awareness to every event, ensuring each lounge experience is intentional, polished, and memorable.

Tammy holds multiple degrees in Public Service, Criminal Justice, Business Administration, General Studies, and Behavioral Science, along with extensive experience in legal research, mediation, EEO matters, and professional training.
