Holding two degrees in Human Resources, Carlos applies a strategic approach to team management, talent development, and organizational excellence. His HR expertise allows Oasis to operate with the professionalism and consistency expected from a luxury lifestyle brand — one that values both its people and its guests.

 

As CEO, Carlos oversees daily operations, logistics, and event management, ensuring every guest experience meets the highest standards of excellence. Beyond operations, he serves as the architect of Oasis’s human resources strategy — developing policies, guiding staff culture, and aligning the team’s performance with the company’s long-term vision.
