By accessing or using our website, booking services, or attending our events, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. 1. Services • We provide a luxury mobile lounge experience specializing in cigars, accessories, and event hosting. • Our services are intended for individuals 25 years of age or older. 2. Event Bookings & Payments • Event bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date. • Final balances must be paid by the date agreed upon in your booking confirmation. • Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event may receive a credit toward a future booking. • Cancellations within 14 days of the event date result in forfeiture of the deposit. 3. Tobacco Sales • All tobacco product sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged due to health and safety regulations. • Customers must present a valid ID proving they are 25+ years old before purchasing or consuming tobacco products. 4. Use of the Lounge • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in disruptive, unsafe, or illegal behavior. • Customers must follow all smoking regulations, including designated smoking areas. 5. Liability • We are not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages that occur during or as a result of our services. • Customers participate in our events and lounge experiences at their own risk. 6. Intellectual Property • All logos, branding, images, and content on our website and promotional materials are the property of Oasis South Florida Cigar Lounge and may not be used without written permission. 7.
